Refund Policy

Changes and refunds

We understand life can get in the way, and you may need to make a change to your booking. Here's how it works:

14 days or more before the session: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date are eligible for a refund, or for rescheduling without an admin fee.
Less than 14 days before the session: Bookings are non-refundable. Where possible, a booking may be transferred to another date, session or participant, at Mittika's discretion.
Missed sessions, no-shows and late arrivals: These are not refunded or credited. Transfers are at Mittika's discretion.
Leaving early: Participants who leave a block part-way through are not refunded for the remaining sessions.
Trial sessions: These follow the same 14-day rule.
Private and group bookings: Fees are non-refundable once paid, as materials, staffing and the date have been secured. Rescheduling may be accommodated at Mittika's discretion and may incur an admin fee.
Cancellation by Mittika: If we cancel for any reason other than force majeure, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled date.
Force majeure: No refunds are given for sessions affected by force majeure, but we will offer a rescheduled date where possible.
